At present, NIO ONVO stores are gradually being renovated, and NIO ONVO will fully integrate into NIO’s service system, with the same after-sales service network as NIO. Previously, Ai Tiecheng, Senior Vice President of NIO and President of Onvo Motors, stated that the Onvo brand will build 100 directly operated stores within this year.
It is worth mentioning that the NIO ONVO L60 has released an energy replenishment system with over 1000 battery swapping stations, which can be delivered and used immediately, achieving a differentiated energy replenishment experience that can be charged, exchanged, and upgraded. Daily small batteries, long image large batteries, can be replaced as needed, meeting the endurance needs of household users for vehicles.
As a review, the NIO ONVO L60, positioned as a mid size SUV, has a pre-sale price of 219900 yuan and was launched and delivered in September. NIO ONVO means “happiness for the whole family and proper management”, while the brand logo symbolizes “an upward path, symbolizing a happier, better, and more prosperous journey in life”. The overall design of the QiNIO ONVO L60 model was carried out by former Bentley designer Raul Pires, adopting the “Way UP” design concept.
In terms of interior design, the Onvo L60 will adopt a wrap around comfortable space concept, equipped with a 17.2-inch 3K retina level central control screen (the screen adopts the DCI-P3 color gamut standard, has a 10 bit color depth, can display 1.07 billion colors, the peak brightness of the screen exceeds 12000 nits, and has anti reflection, anti fingerprint, anti glare, and all three sides of the screen are 5.35mm), and has a 16:10 presentation ratio. In terms of power, the entire range of NIO ONVO models will be developed based on NIO’s third-generation technology platform NT3.0 and will share the battery swapping network with NIO. Specifically, the NIO ONVO L60 will be built entirely on a 900V silicon carbide platform and will adopt a BaaS battery rental solution. It will use 75kWh and 100kWh battery packs for daily commuting, and 150kWh battery packs can be replaced by battery swapping for long-distance travel. The range will be 555km, 730km, and 1000+km, respectively.
