On June 7th, Wuhan NIO Energy Co., Ltd. (“NIO Energy”) and GAC Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“GAC Energy”) officially reached a cooperation on charging network interconnection.
According to the cooperation agreement, both parties will establish dynamic data sharing between charging platforms to achieve bidirectional interconnection and interoperability of charging facilities. This cooperation is the first landing project after NIO and GAC Group signed a charging and swapping strategy cooperation on May 8th. It will provide users from both sides with a wide coverage, efficient query, and convenient charging service.
Starting from June 7th, users of GAC Aion, Haobo, and GAC Trumpchi can use the app, mini programs, and car charging maps to achieve functions such as querying, navigation, startup, and payment for NIO charging stations.
