On May 2, BYD Auto announced its April sales of 210,295 units, of which 209,467 were passenger cars, a year-on-year increase of 98.6%.
Specifically, BYD Dynasty and Ocean series sold 198,941 units, a year-on-year increase of 88.6%; Denza Automobile sold 10,526 units; passenger car exports reached 14,827 units.
As of the end of April 2023, the cumulative sales of BYD’s new energy vehicles exceeded 4.1 million, and the cumulative sales of BYD’s passenger vehicles in 2023 were 757,384.
